Jack Health and Jill Health are two brands of one online clinic company. You answer an online questionnaire, a licensed clinician reviews it alongside a baseline blood panel, and a partner pharmacy ships any prescription to you. Weight loss is one of many treatments on the same account.

How we checked: Read Jack Health's and Jill Health's own pages (weight-loss program, FAQ, terms) on 3 Oct 2026. Their pages disagree on which provinces the weight-loss program serves, so we list only the provinces every page includes. We have not completed a sign-up.
Who it suits
Good fit if
You want to start with a short questionnaire and no booked appointment.
You want a baseline blood panel to be part of the process before anything is prescribed.
You prefer one monthly program fee over paying for each follow-up visit.
You want one account that can also handle other treatments, such as hair loss or sexual health.
Less suited if
You want a booked video visit with a named clinician.
You want coaching or dietitian support included in the program fee.
You want one price that covers the program and the medication together.
You live in a province Jack Health's FAQ excludes.
We read both brands’ weight loss pages, FAQs, terms and company pages on 3 October 2026. This page explains how the service works as the company publishes it. The comparison table and provider card carry the same ten fields we record for every provider.
Jack Health and Jill Health are one company with two brands. The terms of use on each site name Jack and Jill Health Inc. Jack Health describes itself as an online men’s health clinic, and Jill Health as one for women. Their weight loss pages describe a similar flow and the same program fee, so we cover them as one provider.
How sign-up works
Jack Health describes three steps: an intake, clinician review, then prescription and delivery. The intake is a short set of medical questions that takes a few minutes and needs no appointment. Jack Health says a doctor or nurse practitioner licensed in your province reviews it, typically within 24 hours.
Jill Health describes the same flow, but its FAQ says the assessment is text-based or video and phone-based depending on your province and needs, so a call may be part of it. Both sites say a baseline blood test is part of the weight loss program.
What is included and what costs extra
Both sites show no initial fee and then a monthly program fee from the second month. Jack Health says the initial fee covers the clinician assessment and a blood panel of over 23 biomarkers, and the monthly fee covers unlimited access to your care team, medical chat and coordination with your pharmacy. Current amounts and the date we checked them are in the provider card. Medication is billed separately.
Both sites say your care team tracks your progress with regular check-ins, and neither publishes how often. Jill Health’s page lists coaching for a fee, but we could not tell which other supports are in the program fee.
Jack Health’s FAQ says an order is fully refunded if a clinician decides a treatment is not safe or suitable. Its refund policy makes an exception for programs that require testing and names weight loss, so read both before you pay. On insurance, Jack Health says coverage varies by insurer. See our coverage guides.
How your medication arrives
After approval, Jack Health says a licensed Canadian partner pharmacy fills the prescription and ships it free in plain packaging, usually within three to five business days of dispatch. Its terms of use name ScaleRx as the partner pharmacy. You can ask for a pharmacy of your choice instead, and both FAQs say a visit fee applies, shown on the provider card.
Jack Health says the program does not use compounded medications, meaning medicines a pharmacy prepares to order rather than manufactured products, and only prescribes products authorized by Health Canada. Its site lists Wegovy, Ozempic, generic semaglutide, Mounjaro and Zepbound, but which one is prescribed is the clinician’s decision. Compare costs in our price guides.
Where it is available and what we have not confirmed
The pages do not agree on where weight loss is offered. Jack Health’s FAQ says its weight loss program is not currently available in Quebec, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Yukon or Prince Edward Island. Jack Health’s weight loss page states no exclusions, and its home page says its clinicians are licensed across all Canadian provinces. Jill Health’s company page says it offers ongoing support from licensed providers in all Canadian provinces. Because the pages disagree on which provinces the program serves, we list only the provinces every page includes: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario, and Newfoundland and Labrador. We have not recorded the territories. Check your province before you start.
We classify Jack Health and Jill Health as a multi-service platform: one account covers weight loss alongside other treatments, such as hair loss and sexual health. It adds more structure than a plain prescription service, with a baseline blood panel and care-team chat, but it publishes no follow-up schedule. We have not completed a sign-up. Read our care models guide and providers overview to compare it with other services, or see how we check in our methodology.
